Steph is a seasoned Human Resources leader, who joins our team as an independent contractor with an illustrious background in both the pharma and high-tech sectors. Boasting over 19 years of corporate HR expertise and a decade in pivotal leadership roles, Steph brings a wealth of experience in shaping organizational strategies, fostering leadership growth, nurturing employee engagement, and steering global benefit initiatives.
Beyond her background in HR, she champions community service, sharing her passions with local organizations. While she is currently focusing her volunteer hours on conservation advocacy, over her career she has served on the boards of the Lower Cape Fear HRA, Island Montessori Charter School, Cape Fear Credit Union, and the HR Advisory committee for the local Red Cross. A nature enthusiast and advocate for diversity, Steph’s energy flourishes in Carolina Beach with her family and four-legged companions.
Steph’s BA is in Industrial Relations and Public Policy from UNC-Chapel Hill and her MBA is from UNCW.
