Eden Arthur, MPS, PHR, SHRM-CP

With 20 years of leadership experience, including several years guiding global HR teams, I have dedicated my career to driving strategic HR initiatives and cultivating positive workplace cultures across diverse industries.

I’ve led change management processes, standardized internal operations for global teams, and built strong partnerships with key stakeholders. My efforts have consistently enhanced employee experiences, engagement, satisfaction, and retention. I’ve authored standard operating procedures to improve onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives, and I have a strong understanding of how to align HR practices with the needs of employees, businesses, and customers. Some of my favorite projects include rebuilding employee orientation programs and providing training for employees at all levels.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, and I am certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). I continually pursue new certifications; most recently, I completed Cornell University’s Employment Law certification to enhance my skills in supporting business growth and establishing risk profiles for HR initiatives.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family in Caroline County, Virginia. We recently returned to Virginia after five years in Wilmington, NC. My hobbies include working on our property, honing my bird-watching skills, and exploring the beautiful Virginia landscape.
