HR Thought Leadership: From an HR pro herself, Lisa Leath, our Founder, shares how we came to be in 2015. Leath HR Group was created to help provide people strategy support to small and mid-sized businesses that are looking to grow. Since July 2022, Andy Almeter now oversees the operations of Leath HR Group as we focus on continuing to expand our recruiting services and geographic reach continuing to delight fractional HR clients.
In 2019, while working with many managers and nurse practitioners and noticing a lot of preventable turnovers, Lisa thought, with a mobile connection tool like, WorkTok managers would be able to get a pulse of their employees no matter where they were.
