Leath HR Group continues to grow!
We are pleased to announce that Greg Mosher has joined the Leath HR Group team as a Senior HR Consultant.
With over 20 years of global HR and business leadership experience, Greg is excited for this opportunity to help businesses develop and grow their people operations with Leath HR Group in Southeastern NC.
Greg’s strengths are in talent management, succession planning and aligning the organizational structure to the goals of the business. As a small business owner himself, Greg aims to integrate practical HR solutions that have realized bottom-line impacts on the business.
Greg and his wife, Erin, emptied their nest in Western NC and moved to Wilmington in 2020. The hope here is that their children, and future grandchildren, will visit more frequently if they lived at the beach! When not working, Greg can be found on the golf course, or volunteering his time and talents with various non-profits in the area.
Greg holds a BSc degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a MA degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. He is senior certified as an HR professional.
